Harvest House, Felixstowe
The building is an Edwardian hotel in Felixstowe that has been converted to 60 apartments with each apartment holding 1 share of the freehold of the property. We were chosen above many competing firms to deliver safe access on three large projects around the building. We completed this project successfully and have secured further works in 2022 due to our high standard of service.

Renovation of the old Coes
It was our pleasure to be part of this complete remodel of what used to be Coes’s retail department on Felixstowe’s high street. We provided carpenters, roofers and steel frame builders safe access throughout this tricky project which is still ongoing into 2022. We look forward to sharing pictures of the finished article.
